"Butterfly Kiss Time" enamel retro earrings

[Design Inspiration]

With the "imprint of time" as the design theme, it combines Baroque retro aesthetics and non-heritage enamel craft. The earrings are designed with double-layer ring earrings, matched with irregular hammered metal plates, and the color collision of the enamel butterfly pattern on the card surface (peacock green wing vein + coral red butterfly body), conveying the wearing philosophy of "flying in time, eternal in the classics".

[Process Analysis]

▸ Hammer texture: The metal plate has been hammered 80 times by hand to form irregular dents. The depth of each dent is 0.2-0.3mm, and the starlight effect is presented under light refraction.

▸ Enamel pinching: The butterfly wing vein is made of 0.15mm gold wire pinch, the line error is ≤0.05mm, and the tip of the wing is treated with gradient tip.

▸ Double-layer electroplating: first plate a nickel layer (thickness 0.5μm) to enhance adhesion, and then plate 24K real gold, and pass the 48-hour neutral salt spray test without discolouration.

▸ Ear buckle design: adopts "bullet head" ear pin, with a tip diameter of 0.8mm, automatically locked when worn, and still maintains elasticity after 5,000 opening and closing tests.
