"Phantom of the Palace" vintage enamel earrings

[Design Inspiration]

Taking the "nine beams and eighteen pillars" of the corner building as the prototype, it integrates the aesthetics of Chinese tenon and modern jewelry technology. The upper square diamond plate simulates the outline of the palace wall, and the lower trapezoidal pendant uses the "open window enamel" process to draw the lotus pattern, and the golden ring is connected to form the visual rhythm of "heavenly place", conveying the wearing philosophy of "oriental elegance, contemporary interpretation".

Main material: brass plated 18K real gold (plated thickness 3μm) + micro-inlaid cubic zirconia + pinched enamel

Pendant specifications: total length 42mm (including ear pin), upper square plate 12×12mm, lower trapezoidal plate 18×15mm, single weight about 5.8g

Enamel technology: the trapezoidal pendant is filled with peacock green and imperial yellow enamel glaze, using the technology of "filling enamel", fired 4 times at a high temperature of 780℃, and the glaze hardness is up to Mohss 6.

▸ Architectural aesthetic structure: The connection of the pendant adopts the "tenon buckle" design, the tolerance is controlled within 0.05mm, and there is no shaking sound when wearing.

▸ Enamel pinching accuracy: the lotus pattern is made of 0.15mm gold wire pinching, the lines are continuous without broken points, and the stamens are three-dimensionally raised.

▸ Double-layer electroplating process: first plate a rhodium layer (thickness 0.5μm) to enhance wear resistance, and then plate 18K real gold, and pass the 500-hour salt spray test without discolouration.

▸ Ear pin design: adopts the combination of "spiral ear pin + silicone ear plug", with a diameter of 0.8mm and a length of 10mm, which is stable and not easy to fall off.
