[Design Inspiration]

With the core image of "Bamboo Bao Ping An", it integrates oriental bamboo culture with modern light luxury aesthetics. The ring adopts a double-layer design, and the upper layer is a three-dimensional bamboo joint shape (the green one symbolises vitality, and the red one implies celebration), and the lower layer is inlaid with a micro-diamond ring, symbolising that "career and life are high, and the bright light is with you". The opening can be adjusted and designed to adapt to different finger shapes, conveying the wearing philosophy of "inclusive and symbiosis".

Main material: plated 18K real gold (plated thickness 3μm)

Enamel technology: the bamboo joint part is filled with peacock green enamel glaze, which is fired 3 times at a high temperature of 800℃, and the glaze hardness is up to 6.

Micro-diamond configuration: the lower layer of the ring is inlaid with 11 0.8mm cubic zirconia (a total of 0.088ct), using micro-inlay technology, with a claw inlay diameter of 0.2mm

Opening design: the ring can be adjusted (No. 13-17), the inner laser carved bamboo dark pattern, and the fit of the finger bones

[Process Analysis]

▸ Bamboo joint moulding: cast the bamboo joint texture by the wax loss method, and the depth of the inter-node groove is 0.3mm, simulating the growth lines of real bamboo stems.

▸ Two-colour plating: the chain body is first coated with a rhodium layer (thickness 0.5μm) to enhance wear resistance, and then plated with 18K real gold, which has passed the 48-hour salt spray test without discolouration.

▸ Opening and closing structure: the hidden spring design at the opening, which is still elastic after 5,000 opening and closing tests, and the adjustment is smooth and not stuck.

[Scenario adaptation]

Daily commuting: green with white shirt/knitted shirt, red with black suit, can be worn alone or in layers

Couple's ring: men's and women's different colours, green symbolises "gentleman's friendship", red means "deep affection", the first choice for holiday gifts
